Each Furry Pearls collar is carefully handmade to order, and unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please make sure you use our size guide and choose your pearls carefully. If you think your fur baby is in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. 

Damages & Issues
If upon receipt of your order you believe your Furry Pearls collar is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us.

A refund or replacement may be eligible if your Furry Pearls are not in working conditioning within a reasonable time period. Refunds and exchanges may be awarded on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
