Refunds & Exchanges

Each Furry Pearls necklace is carefully handmade to order, and unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please make sure to choose your Pearls carefully and read our measurement guide. If you think your fur baby is in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. 

Damages & Issues

If upon receipt of your order you believe it is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please email furrypearls@gmail.com right away so we can evaluate your concerns. 

A refund or replacement may be eligible if your Pearls are not in working condition within a reasonable time period. Refunds and exchanges may be awarded on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
