Shipping within Australia
Your Furry Pearls order will be delivered by Australia Post. Depending on your postal address, delivery time to your destination will vary. Full details can be found on the Australia Post website.
During peak periods (for example, Christmas and sale events), please allow extra time for your delivery. Furry Pearls does not accept any responsibility for a delay in shipping times, and will not provide refunds for items that arrive late. A signature may be required upon delivery. If this is the case, a card will be left advising options for collection. We advise you to keep track of your delivery via the tracking number provided within your email confirmation. If for any reason you do not arrange to collect your parcel from the designated outlet, your parcel will be returned to us. In the event that this occurs, you will be required to pay a fee for us to re-deliver to you.
During checkout, please make sure your postal information is current and correct, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information, or for sending your item to the incorrect address. If you notice an error in your postal information prior to us shipping your item, we may be able to update your information to the correct postal address. If you identify an error after your item has been shipped, there is unfortunately nothing further we can do to amend the delivery details. Great care is taken to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition and free from damage or defect. All our items are packed carefully and posted in secure packaging for protection. Please be advised that we do not take any personal responsibility for the courier service, in the rare event your item becomes lost or damaged on its way to you.
Our Furry Pearls necklaces are handmade. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create and dispatch your Pearls. During sale or peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to select countries outside of Australia; New Zealand, Canada and United States of America. If you have a special request for international shipping, please email us directly: furrypearls@gmail.com
